Meet the Band

Mystic Moonlight is a 5-piece cover band that first hit the live music scene in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area in early 2021. Since that time they have been regularly entertaining people with their collection of classic rock and country music, and engaging personalities. Venues love it when the band is in the house because we keep the patrons there longer and the tabs are higher, and both venues and patrons appreciate our ability to maintain a volume level that is compatible with the size of the venue and fits the crowd’s comfort level.

The band is made up of Randy Rexroat on acoustic rhythm guitar and singing lead/backing vocals, Lu Ann Rexroat on keys and singing lead/backing vocals, Dave Ulissi on lead guitar, Don Day on bass and singing backing vocals, and keeping it all together is Dennis Hewitt on drums. With songs from such a great diversified group of artists like Fleetwood Mac, Doobie Brothers, Eagles, Lynyrd Skynyrd, CCR, Tom Petty, George Strait, Linda Ronstadt, Pat Benatar, Gretchen Wilson, Suzy Bogguss, Waylon Jennings, Merle Haggard, Johnny Cash, Alan Jackson, Brooks & Dunn, ZZ Top, Jimmy Buffet, Bob Seger, Neil Young….and more, the band covers hits all Texans can enjoy.

Equipped with professional backline PA, the band can rock the house at large venues or scale down to more mellow sets. Mystic Moonlight adjusts each gig to fit your event and the vibe of your crowd.
