Bio
Mystic Moonlight is an energetic and engaging five-piece cover band that entertains audiences in the DFW metropolitan area with classic rock, pop rock, and country hits from the 60’s on up.
With their always entertaining and engaging style, Mystic Moonlight creates a feel-good vibe that always has people singing along and an energy that gets people up and dancing, which even a lack of dance floor doesn’t seem to inhibit.
Formed in 2020 by seasoned musicians, the band plays a range of classic rock and country hits from great artists such as CCR, Fleetwood Mac, the Eagles, Bob Seger, ZZ Top, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Pat Green, Linda Ronstadt, Pat Benatar, George Strait, Alan Jackson, Carrie Underwood, Lainey Wilson, Gretchen Wilson, Martina McBride, Waylon Jennings, and many others. Vocalists Randy and Lu Ann Rexroat, who also play acoustic rhythm guitar and keys, are always appreciated by audience members, who often comment on their beautiful lead vocals and harmonies. The five-piece band is rounded out with the excellent musicianship of Dave Ulissi, who wows audiences with his lead guitar, Don Day, who keeps the groove going on bass, and Dennis Hewitt, who is always bringing the beat on drums.
This band knows how to entertain, and it shows with their growing fan base and repeat engagements with their venues.
